Sound & Reiki Energy Workshops

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It involves the transfer of universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands, to the client's body, with the intent of promoting relaxation, balance, and healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Reiki can be received through hands-on or distance treatments, and can be beneficial in treating a range of physical and emotional conditions.

Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice that uses various sound frequencies to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. It involves the use of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, drums, and tuning forks, as well as human voice and chants, to create a healing and relaxing environment. Through vibrations, sound travels through the body, affecting the organs, tissues, and cells, promoting physical healing as well as emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Sound healing is based on the idea that everything in the universe vibrates at a particular frequency, and by introducing harmonious vibrations, we can align ourselves with the natural frequency of the universe, promoting health and balance.

** Reiki and Sound Healing are used as complementary modalities to regular care by a Licensed Medical Doctor or Specialist.
